Jamie Matz Architect Inc was founded in Los Angeles, California. We strive to find the perfect balance between comfort and beauty. Our goal is not only to create beautiful structures, but to improve the way we live. We're passionate about people and spaces, always designing with functionality in mind. With a wide range of experience, we are practiced in both modern and traditional architectural styles. Based in Southern California, we have designed and permitted projects in several cities across California including Malibu, Beverly Hills, Pasadena, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Culver City, Laguna Beach, and Napa.

Jamie Matz, AIA, is a licensed Architect in California, Colorado, and Maryland. Jamie's passion and focus lies in luxury residential design, building off of his early career work in Aspen Colorado. With an extensive background in single-family, multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial project types, Jamie's well rounded experience is an invaluable asset to ensuring a project's success. He cherishes his relationships with his clients, and views each project as a unique collaboration. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Syracuse University,

Patrick Ruggiero

Architect

Patrick Ruggiero is an architect with 11 years of experience spanning a range of project scales and types. His work includes leading technical design for medium- to large-scaled institutional projects at Gehry Partners, Frederick Fisher & Partners, and Machado Silvetti, as well as small-scale residential design in independent practice. Patrick's effective collaboration with builders and consultants to bring innovative architectural designs to life has earned him recognition in the field. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Syracuse University, is licensed in California and New Jersey, and teaches at Woodbury University.
